Navigation Station
 The nicely placed navigation station is at the foot of the companionway stairs and just opposite the master cabin entry door. The space is well appointed and equipped for plotting and communication. The teak chart table is hinged with chart storage space beneath. An array of electronic navigation and communication is flush-mounted on the outboard bulkhead. A complete electrical distribution panel is to the right when seated at the nav station. There is a comfortable seat which stows beneath the chart table when not in use. An opening port above the chart table provides natural lighting and there is a night nav light and an overhead DC light fixture.

"CHICA" is a well maintained and well equipped cutter which has spent the last 4 1/2 years in a fresh water marina in northern Texas. Her knowlegeable owners have completed many upgrades and improvements since purchasing her in the fall of 2006. The dark green hull paint was re-done in white Imron in 2007. The spars were stripped and re-painted with white Imron at the same time. Also in 2007 the bottom was given a complete blister repair process, barrier coated and painted in antifoulant bottom paint. A full list of the upgrades are included in the "Full Specs" section of this listing. PLEASE NOTE RECENT PRICE REDUCTION.
Experienced yachtsmen who inspect this vessel will find her to be one of the nicest 44 Mason cutters anywhere in the U.S.A.
