Foredeck:
The bow pulpit is new and made of starboard material which allows for the repositioning of the furling system to the forepeak of the boat.  Two stainless steel anchor rollers are built  within the pulpit and are fitted with a 105 lb CQR plow and 65lb. Danforth anchor. An additional 44lb Bruce Claw anchor is secured at the stern rail. The anchors have approximately 150' of chain and 300' of nylon three strand rode each.  There are two stainless steel Sampson posts to secure the anchors and two Maxwell 3500 electric anchor windlasses with step switches.
To port a Johnson 8.0 hp outboard engine is secured and there are two fiberglass deck boxes for storage.  Additionally there are two stainless steel dorades and a single electric horn affixed to the front of the raised pilothouse. A ladder is attached to give access to the top of the pilothouse. Port and Starboard walkways around the pilothouse to the aft deck are 24" wide.  
Aft Deck:
There is a new three piece hardtop made of starboard material.  The main section covers the helm station forward of the mizzen mast. The other two sections are on each side of the mizzen boom and cover the aft deck. Two additional fiberglass deck boxes are port and starboard.  At the stern rail is 24" round throw ring, sink at the starboard corner and a fillet table to port along with a Grillware BBQ grill.  A stainless steel dinghy davit holds the 10'4" fiberglass dinghy and there is a molded fiberglass swim platform with folding ladder.
Upper Helm Station:
The centerline helm station is at the backside of the pilothouse to the right of the cafe style companionway doors and forward of the mizzen mast. It is equipped as follows:

General Information:
Vessel is a Ketch rigged motorsailer with raked stern, traditional transom and encapsulated ballast.  It has a gray boot and black Trinidad copper based bottom paint applied in 2011, at which time there were no blisters and no damage. The white hull, pilothouse and decks were freshly Awl gripped in 2008.

Forecabin:
The portside offset berth is 4' X 6'7" with four drawers under the berth. There is a storage shelf and cabinet above the berth, book case storage and double teak louvered doors leading to the anchor locker. On the starboard side is a high "sea berth" that is currently being used to store plastic storage bins. There is storage beneath the sea berth with a counter top.  In the corner is a closet. Overall headroom is 6'2".  On the shelf counter and mounted is the following:

Galley:
 
The "U" shaped galley is just aft of the forecabin on the same level, 5 steps down from the salon on the port side.  It has 6'2" headroom and a 23" X 64" straight counter top. There are louvered cabinets above the bulkhead, a pass-thru area above the counter to the salon and shelves above the counter.  Below the counter are three louvered lockers and two utensil drawers.

Guest Head:
Across the companionway from the galley on the starboard side is the guest head compartment consisting of a separate tub shower stall with molded seat, storage shelf and locker. A shower curtain separates the shower stall from the head.There is an opening port to both areas with 6' 2/1/2" headroom.  There is a louvered cabinet behind the sink with additional storage above the counter. Two drawers are above the counter with a louvered storage locker below the cabinet.

Salon:
The salon is the pilothouse and has 6'3" headroom, starboard lower helm station and deck hatch access to the engine space. All of the Lexan MR10 windows have venetion blinds and the sole throughout the boat is teak parkay.
In the port corner is a desk with folding top and serves as the galley pass-thru. Along the port bulkhead are two leather recliners and a matching foot stool.
At the starboard corner next to the companionway steps down is the lower helm station with 29" padded bench seat and 29" teak steering wheel.

Under the helm seat is a a pull-out bar cart with ice maker. Aft of the helm station is a 36" X 6'3" settee that converts to a double berth with storage beneath. A folding 24" X 49 1/2"  table  converts the settee to a dinette. The aft bulkhead is primarily a book shelf and entertainment center with security monitor, 26" Panasonic HDTV and Sony DVD, VHS player. Under the starboard side headliner are fishing rod holders for four rods and reels.
The electric control panel is on the port bulkhead next to the companionway steps to the master stateroom.  The vessel's entire electric system has been rewired and can be viewed behind the electric panel.  The wiring is a masterpiece of orderly bundling and systematic arrangement of functions.
Master Stateroom and Ensuite Head:
Five steps down from the salon, under the aft deck is the master stateroom with 6'2" headroom.  A multitude of closets, cabinets, shelving and book racks radiate out on all sides from the centerline 6'10" X 5' queen size walk-around berth. The berth has storage beneath, two drawers and two night tables.
At the foot of the companionway is a closet with a Splendide Combomatic 2000 clothes washer/dryer. To starboard of the companionway is a desk with counter, bookshelf, drawers and a 2' X 3'6" teak bordered mirror. There is a Sharp 21" TV and security monitor.
The ensuite head is forward to starboard next to the desk.  It has a separate curtained shower stall/tub with molded seat. There is a Raritan manual M.S.D., 11" stainless steel oval sink and teak sole grate.  Storage locker is below the counter and additional storage shelf and locker is above the counter.  There is an opening port in the head section and shower section.


Truly one of the cleanest, well maintained and well equipped vessels that you will ever find.  Owner of five years is an independant movie maker and along with his three daughters utilize the vessel as their office, studio and liveaboard facility. Each is assigned an area of responsibility and the result is a pristine showpiece.  Exceptional features include an eight camera security system with monitors throughout, replacement of all windows with MR10 Lexan windows that are 67 times stronger than regular glass, 130 watt solar panels, New split system starboard) material hardtop over helm and aft deck and much more newer ammenities.
