Highly Sought After!! Shallow Draft of Only 18\"!! Head to the Islands Tomorrow!!

Thinking about heading to the Bahamas? This 2001 Gemini 105MC already knows the way. She's made that trip 11 times and back.

She's a great cruising boat with plenty of room and storage. And her shallow draft (18\") means she can go a lot of places others can't.

Entering the cabin and moving starboard there is a large forward cabin with a queen-size bed and lots of hanging and storage space.

Mid-ships starboard is the galley with double well stainless steel sink, twin burner stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, and lots of counter space and storage.

Aft starboard is a 48' wide berth that is currently being used as a pantry.

Moving to port from the cabin entryway there is a large head and shower forward, a long work area with counter space and storage mid-ships, and another 48\" wide berth aft.

Dead forward of the cabin entryway is a mammoth U-shaped seating area with a large table with two folding leaves and lots of storage below.

Throughout the cabin, there is lots of beautiful wood trim and teak/holly floor panels. There are a ton of windows and hatches that provide a massive amount of natural light. There are two cabin-wide Lexan windows facing forward that provide a panoramic view of what's ahead of you. These have \"fogged\" over time but there are two brand new replacements for them that will come with the boat.

A 16,000 BTU Mermaid Marine Air AC unit keeps everything comfy, twin VHF radios keep you informed, and a flat-screen TV and a Dual Marine AM/FM stereo keep you entertained. Also, the main control panels are located conveniently at eye level, just inside the cabin entryway to port.

This Gemini has a very large cockpit area with molded-in seating across the transom and on the port side of the cockpit. There are also molded-in steps to the foredeck on both sides of the cockpit. Beneath the transom seating is plenty of storage as well as easy access to the front end of the engine.

There is a raised helm seat that provides easy access to the conveniently positioned helm gauges, controls, and readout panels.

The walkways on both sides are wide and have plenty of handholds making moving forward, even in less than ideal conditions, secure.

The foredeck has seating at both the port and starboard points and a large storage locker in the deck on the port side. There is a CQR 25# anchor with 30' of .25\" chain and 150' of 5/8th three-strand nylon line. There is also a Lewmar Pro Series 700 windlass with a handheld wired remote that is not working at this time (cause unknown).

The standing rigging was last inspected in 2013 but appears serviceable with no visible issues or problems. Running rigging has been inspected and replaced as necessary. There is a roller furling system on the headstay.

Sail inventory includes a very good condition mainsail in a lazy jack easy store type canvas cover. That cover is only a couple of years old and in very good condition. There is also a spare main and a genoa (105 or 110).

The auxiliary propulsion for this Gemini is a Westerbeke 30B 27 HP diesel engine with 4318 hours. The engine was pulled recently, the head rebuilt, the engine repainted, and reinstalled.

Electrical generation/storage includes a single 245-watt solar panel with a Tracer MPPT Solar Controller, a 400-watt wind generator with an e-Marine wind generator controller, 4 deep cell batteries, and a Pro-Watt 2000 inverter, and a 3 bank 20 amp charger. All lights on the vessel, in and out, have been converted to LEDs.

Navigational equipment includes two (2) VHF Radios (Standard Horizon Matrix+AIS GX2150/Uniden UM150), a Raytheon ST4000+ autohelm, a Raytheon ST60 Tridata, and a Raytheon ST60 wind gauge. The wind gauge needs a new anemometer and a new one will be provided but it will not be installed.

Please note that you will see a radar dome in the pictures and a Furuno radar display but it is not working (cause unknown).

This 2001 Performance Cruising Gemini 105MC has provided the current owners with years of great memories on the water. She is ready to take you on your next adventure.
