General Description
She is cutter rigged with fin keel and keel stepped mast.  There is a "T" shaped cockpit with pull up table and pedestal steering. There are a total of ten new opening ports and four Bomar hatches along with two dorades.
The interior provides 6'3" headroom and is laid out as follows:
FORECABIN:  There is a 6'3" long V-Berth with filler cushion with two opening ports for ventilation along with an overhead 19" X 19" Bomar hatch.  It has two underberth storage lockers along with a storage cabinet at the foot of the berth along with an electric fan.
HEAD: The split head compartment separates the forecabin from the salon.  On the starboard side is the manual M.S.D. along with a shower stall with molded seat a storage locker and opening port.   Across to portside is the vanity and 15" molded sink, mirrored "medicine" cabinet, opening port, storage below the vanity and hanging closet.  A privacy door is provided for this compartment.
SALON:  There are six opening ports with curtains in the salon along with a 12" X 18" Bomar hatch. Centerline is the folding dinette table with top bottle storage and  measures 48" long and opens to a width of 44".
The starboard side settee is 6'4" long and opens to 38" wide. It is followed by the galley. The portside settee is 5'5" long and followed by the 25" X 36" Navigation station and then the guest cabin which has a single 6'3" berth, open port and vanity with storage beneath.

Very clean topsides that were recently professionally painted. Bottom paint 2011.  Engine block also recently replaced.  Some cosmetic work needed in the interior.  All in all, a very sturdy Cutter rig with fin keel and keel stepped mast.  Roller furling foresail and cutter boom.
