Title: Quinntessential
Built: 1997
Model: Heritage East 40 Sundeck Trawler Heritage East 40 Sundeck Trawler
Engine Model: 315 HP, Twin, Inboard, Diesel, Cummins
Description: As if stored away in a time capsule \"Quinntessential\" came to us from Lake Erie and has traveled to the West coast of Florida via the Eastern seaboard Captained by her present owners.  Due to previously being stored away for the Winters,  this vessel has very low hours on her twin Cummins Turbo Diesels as well as her 8 KW Onan generator.
\"Quinntessential\" is clean and shows very well.  A pleasure to be aboard.
If considering doing the \"Great Loop\" \"Quinntessential\" would make a great choice.  The vessel can move quickly when needed and the keel will touch bottom before the props,  protecting them from expensive damage and shaft misalignment. The vessel can also travel at trawler speeds for long passages with a very economical turn on fuel consumption.
\"Quinntessential\" is not lacking in creature comforts,  from an evening Bar-B-Que on the Sundeck to a fully air conditioned interior for those hot days.  Her berths are large with room to stretch out. The galley has everything needed to make wonderful meals.

Please see full specs., descriptions and a walk through video on the vessel!

         Brokers Observations

\"Quinntessential\" although having very few hours of use has been run extensively in the last few years without any problems. Finding nice trawlers is becoming increasingly more difficult.  With this in mind \"Quinntessential\" is viewed as an excellent opportunity to acquire a clean low hour vessel in a market where trawlers under 100k are aging.
